A transatlantic Francophone discipline

Culinary Medicine is a Francophone academic discipline — and therefore transatlantic.

The questions of care through food arise on both sides of the ocean, in shared languages and rich gastronomic cultures.

These two European editions open the Francophone community further: physicians, researchers and chefs from both continents meet, exchange, and build together.

Beyond the encounters, what is taking shape is a discipline constituted at international scale, in alliance with the most prestigious culinary schools and Francophone faculties of medicine.
